Liquid Smokehouse Cleaner (AFCO 5313) is a low foaming, heavy duty caustic cleaner designed specifically for the circulation cleaning of smokehouses and ovens. It is a highly alkaline product with unique wetting and water conditioning agents. AFCO 5313 can also be used in C.I.P. systems, H.T.S.T. pasteurizers and steam jacketed vessels. AFCO 5313 helps to control foam and minimize sudsing problems in circulation systems.
